I've tried to create and adapt some healthy (or rather relatively healthier) recipes that cut down on calories, fat, carbs, sodium.  Of course, none of us really create a recipe but rather build upon a tradition of techniques and ingredients.  Luckily, there are some wonderful cooks out there sharing their wonderful recipes, so I'll do my best to give credit where credit is due.
